How to Use
After washing and rinsing your body, scoop out a tablespoon of salt and massage into your skin using a circular motion. Start with the extremities to boost circulation and pay extra attention to rough, dry areas. Rinse off. Follow with a light application of moisturiser. Avoid cuts or open wounds as salt will sting.
When to Use
Use 1-2 times a week or when extra nourishment is required.
